      由4-氯-6-[2-(吡嗪-2-基亚甲基)肼基]嘧啶(HL)和硝酸银合成了一维链状配位聚合物[Ag(C10H9N6Cl)(NO3)]n (I)。 在配合物I中,中心Ag原子与来自配体吡嗪环上的N5原子及另一配体上的N1N4N6原子进行配位,形成了锯齿形的一维链状结构。 此外,锯齿形一维链通过N-H...O 和N-H...N氢键相互作用及π-π堆积形成了三维的超分子结构。 研究结果表明,与配体HL相比配合物I对超氧负离子和羟基自由基具有更强的自由基清除效能;配合物I对不同细菌的抗菌效果也优于配体HL。
英文摘要:
      A novel one-dimensional AgI coordination polymer, [Ag(C10H9N6Cl)(NO3)]n (I), was synthesized by the reaction of 4-chloro-6-[2-(pyrazin-2-ylmethylene)hydrazinyl] pyrimidine (HL) with silver nitrate. In complex I, the HL ligands are arranged alternately to link the AgI atoms through N5 atom from the pyrazine ring and N1N4N6 atoms from the other, leading to an extended zigzag chain coordination structure. Furthermore, the zigzag one-dimensional chains are extended into a supramolecular architecture via N-H...O and N-H...N hydrogen-bond interactions and π-π stacking interactions. The complex I was found to have superior radical scavenging potency against superoxide anion and hydroxyl than free HL. The antibacterial effects of complex I against different bacteria were also better than that of free HL.
