      以乙酸和乙二醇乙醚做为原料,硅胶负载硫酸锆为催化剂,环己烷为带水剂,合成了乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯。考察了乙二醇乙醚与乙酸的摩尔比、催化剂、带水剂用量、反应温度、时间等因素对反应的影响,得到了适宜的合成条件为:以0.2 mol乙二醇乙醚计,n(乙酸):n(乙二醇乙醚)=1.5:1,催化剂最佳负载量25%,m(硫酸锆/SiO2):m(乙二醇乙醚)=0.033:1,带水剂用量10 ml,加热温度120 ℃,反应时间1.5 h。在该条件下,乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯收率达到98%以上,产品采用IR,1HNMR等对其结构进行了表征,结果表明为目的物。
英文摘要:
      Ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate was synthesized from ethylene glycol monoethyl ether and acetic acid with Silica-supported zirconium sulfate as Catalyst and cyclohexane as water entrainer. The effects of molar ratio of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether to acetic acid, the dosage of catalyst, the amount of water entrainer, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of the product were studied. Based on 0. 2 mol ethylene glycol monoethylether, such optimum conditions as acetic acid / ethylene glycol monoethyl ether molar ratio of 1. 5:1, Optimum catalyst loading 25%, Silica-supported zirconium sulfate / ethylene glycol monoethyl ether mass ratio of 0. 033:1, mount of cyclohexane( used as water entrainer ) of 10 ml,reaction temperature of 120 ℃, and reaction time of 3 h, give the highest yield of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate, which is above 98% . Its structure was confirmed by IR, 1HNMR,The results show that for the target product.
