      本文研究了氯乙酰氯生产产生的废酸液中SO42-浓度的测定方法。在酸性(pH≤5.0)介质中,用过量H2O2作为氧化剂,将S2O32-和SO32-氧化为SO42-后,BaCl2沉淀重量法测总硫,根据c(SO42?)=c(总SO42?) -c(SO32?)-2c (S2O32?)关系式,计算法获得硫酸根准确含量。该方法简便、可靠,对氯乙酸氯化法工艺生产氯乙酰氯所得废酸液的分析和再利用,具有重要的应用价值。
英文摘要:
      It deals with a method for the determination of SO42- concentration in acid-waste from the production of chloroacetyl chloride. S2O32- and SO32- in acid-waste is oxidized to SO42- by the excess of H2O2 in acidic medium (pH≤5) . The total content of sulfur compound is determined by the method of precipitation with BaCl2 . Then the content of SO42- can be calculated according to the relation of c(SO42-)=c(total SO42-)-c(SO32-)-2c(S2O32?). The method is simple and reliable. The results show that the study has reference and application value for the analysis and reuse for acid-waste produced in the production process of chloroacetyl chloride with the method of chlorine oxidation.
