      利用正交试验的方法对印染废水的混凝处理最佳试验条件进行了研究。通过聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)和磷酸氢二钠(NaH2PO4.2H2O) 对模拟印染废水处理效果的研究,证实表明:在溶液pH值为7 , PAFC与NaH2PO4.2H2O 投加量比值为3:2,温度为55 ℃,搅拌时间为15 min 时,对模拟印染废水处理得到较为满意的效果,COD的去除率为78.63 % ,经处理后水的吸光度为0.5097

      Orthogonal experiment method of dyeing wastewater coagulation optimal experimental conditions were studied. By ferric chloride (PAFC) and disodium hydrogen phosphate (NaH2PO4.2H2O) simulated dyeing wastewater treatment research confirms showed that: the pH value of 7, PAFC and NaH2PO4.2H2O dosing ratio is 3: 2, the temperature is 55 ℃, stirring time was 15 min, the simulated dyeing wastewater treatment to get satisfactory results, COD removal rate was 78.63%, the treated water absorbance of 0.5097.
