      纳米材料是一种具有优异性能的材料,现在受到了国内外很多研究人员的关注。钒氧化物由于其特殊的层状结构和接近室温下热致相变性质,及其纳米结构材料在电化学、催化、光信息存储、光致变色等领域的广泛应用而受到也越来越多的研究。本文研究了近年来人们对纳米钒氧化物的研究情况,总结了不同维数钒氧化物纳米材料的制备方法和机理,包括零维纳米材料,一维纳米材料,二维纳米材料。水热-溶剂热法、溶胶-凝胶法、反应溅射法等是制备钒氧化物纳米结构材料的主要方法。最后,对今后的研究工作进行了展望。

      Nanomaterial is a kind of materials with excellent mechanical properties. Now it has aroused a lot of attention from scholars at home and abroad. Vanadium oxide is characterized by the special layered structure and the thermochromic properties near the room temperature. The nano-vanadium oxide is widely used in the fields of electrochemical, catalysis, sensor, intelligent coating, optical information storage, optical switching elements, optical thermochromic, infrared detection, and electrical switching elements. More and more researchers have pay attention to the nano-vanadium oxide. The research on nano-vanadium oxide in recent years is studied in this article. The preparation method and the mechanism of the different dimension nano-vanadium oxide were summarized. The type of nanomaterials includes zero-dimensional nanomaterials(hollow nanospheres, nanoparticles), one-dimensional nanomaterials(nanotubes, nanorods, nanowires, nanobelts, et al), and two-dimensional nanomaterials(nanofilms). The main methods to prepare nano-vanadium oxide are the hydrothermal-solvothermal method, sol-gel method and reactive sputtering method. Hydrothermal-solvothermal method is often used to prepare the low dimensional nanomaterials. Sol-gel method and reactive sputtering method are often used to prepare the two-dimensional nanomaterials. Finally, the further works in research are prospected.
