白光有机电致发光器件(WOLEDs)在全彩显示和下一代固态照明领域应用前景广阔,溶液法(旋转涂布、喷墨印刷和刮刀涂布等)制备的WOLEDs具有低成本、可大面积生产等优点,因而受到学界和产业界的广泛关注。溶液法制备的白光器件发展日趋成熟,发光层、传输层和注入层等相继实现了溶液法加工,发光材料也从共混聚合物和单一聚合物发展到有机小分子。本文主要根据不同的发光层材料综述了近几年溶液法制备的白光有机电致发光器件研究进展并对其存在问题和应用前景作了评述。 |

White organic light-emitting Diodes (WOLEDs) are of wide and potential applications in full-color flat-panel displays and the next-generation solid-state lighting sources. Solution-processable WOLEDs have many advantages such as low cost and large scale production by spin-coating, inkjet printing and blade coating. The emitting, transporting and injecting layer of WOLEDs have successively realized solution processing. The emitting materials include blending polymers, single polymers and organic small molecules. The recent progress of solution-processable WOLEDs is reviewed in this paper with emphasis on emitting materials. The problems in this field are also presented. |
