      以糠醛渣为原料,KOH为活化剂,采用两步活化法制备了活性炭。考察了活化温度、活化时间、碱炭比和浸渍时间对活性炭孔结构及吸附性能的影响,采用低温N2吸附、BET、BJH及DFT理论对活性炭孔结构进行了表征分析,利用傅里叶变换红外-拉曼光谱仪(FT-IR)检测其表面官能团,扫描电镜(SEM)观察表观形貌,X射线衍射仪(XRD)进行晶型分析。得出了制备活性炭的最佳工艺条件:活化温度为800℃、活化时间为3.0小时、碱炭比为3:1、浸渍时间为12小时。所制备的糠醛渣活性炭吸附孔容为0.88cm3/g,DFT总比表面积为3290.48m2/g,吸附孔径分布集中,其碘吸附值和亚甲基蓝吸附值分别为2107.32mg/g和39.67mL/0.1g活性炭。
英文摘要:
      Furfural residue was used to prepare activated carbon by two-step activation method using potassium hydroxide (KOH) as activating agent. The influence of activation temperatures and time, KOH/C ratios and impregnation time of the prepared activated carbon on the pore development and adsorption capacity were investigated. The porous structures of the activated carbon were investigated by N2 adsorption isotherms using BET equation, BJH and DFT method. The characterization of carbons ware performed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), FT-IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the best sample of activated carbon is obtained under the conditions: activation temperature of 800℃,activation time of 3.0 hour, KOH/C ratios of 3:1 and impregnation time of 12 hour. The activated carbon developed possesses a high adsorption pore volume (0.88 cm3/g) and large apparent surface area (3290.48 m2/g) with average pore size diameter of 2.1nm.The iodine and methylene blue adsorption value of the carbon are 2107.32 mg/g and 39.67 mL/0.1g, respectively.
