      粘液形成菌是工业循环冷却水系统中的三大主要危害细菌之一,影响换热管壁的传热效率。本文探讨了粘液形成菌对氯锭杀菌剂的耐药性问题.首先比较氯锭对原始菌与耐药菌的最低杀菌浓度,结果显示耐药菌的比原始菌的高2倍以上;之后又发现粘液形成菌对氯锭杀菌剂的耐药性是由药物诱导引起,属于获得性耐药,且这种获得性耐药具有可逆性;最后对粘液形成菌进行高浓度氯锭冲击实验,结果显示粘液形成菌原始菌在冲击状态下不会产生耐药性且耐药菌株在浓度冲击下会被杀死。
英文摘要:
      Slime-forming bacteria is one of the three major harmful bacteria in industrial circulating cooling water system, it can reduce the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchange wall. The paper discussed slime-forming bacteria’s resistance to chlorine ingot biocide. The minimum bactericidal concentration of resistant bacteria was more than two times the original strain’s; The stability test found that bacteria’s resistance was induced by chloride ingot, and belongs to acquired resistance, which was reversible. Under the concentration shock of chloride ingot, the original strain could not generate resistance and the resistant bacteria could be killed.
