      目的 建立骨骼的微波消解和金属毒物铊的ICP/AES标准加入分析方法。方法 取0.2g骨粉末于聚四氟乙烯消解管中,加入3.0mL浓硝酸及0.5mL双氧水,进行微波消解。结束后,用2%硝酸定容至10.0mL。根据标准加入法进行ICP-AES定量分析。结果 回收率为99.4%,检出限为5.1ng/g, 线性范围为5~500ng/mL。结论 该方法操作简便,回收率高,检出限低,线性范围宽,可多元素同时测定,结果可靠。
英文摘要:
      objective:Establish an analysis method of microwave digestion and Tl(metallic toxicants)in bones standard-addition method ICP/AES determination.mothods: Take 0.2g bones power in ptfe digestion tube, add to 3mL HNO3 and 0.5 mL H2O2 ,carried on microwave digestion. Fixed the capacity to 10.0 mL using 2% HNO3 after cooling. Standard -addition method used in the quantitative analysis by ICP/AES. results: recovery is 99.4% ,detection limit is 5.1 ng/g,The linear range of determination was 5~500ng/mL.conclusion.: This method is easy to operate, high recovery, low detection limit, multielement determination simultaneously.The determined results are reliable.
