      采用多元改性酚醛树脂制备了汽车摩擦片。通过热分析和摩擦试验,分别研究了多元无机接枝改性酚醛树脂及摩擦性能的影响和机理。结果表明:改性前后的树脂由于分子结构发生改变导致热学性质和功能产生变化,热分解温度由596.3℃提高到727.0℃,525℃时失重率由40.12%下降到17.50%。体现出多元改性树脂优异的耐热性和抗衰退性。综合评价恢复率、平均摩擦系数和平均衰退摩擦系数,多元接枝改性增强了树脂的韧性和热稳定性能,是一种低碳节能新技术。
英文摘要:
      A kind of automobile friction plate was manufactured using multicomponent modified phenol resin. The effects and mechanism of multicomponent grafting phenolic resin and the friction materials were studied with thermal analysis and friction wear experiments. The results indicated that the application of multicomponent filling made the thermal properties and functions of modified resin changed, resulting from the changes of molecular structures. The peak of decomposition temperature for the phenolic resin increased range from 590℃ to 727.0℃, Meanwhile, rate of weightlessness decreased from 40.12% to 17.50% at 525℃, reflecting good resistance of high temperature and recession. multicomponent graft modification enhanced the toughness and thermostability of phenol resin,comprehensively evaluating the rate of recovery, average friction coefficient and average recession friction coefficients.. This is a low-carbon and energy-saving technology.
