      盐酸瑞伐拉赞是已经上市的新型可逆型质子泵抑制剂,合成过程中用到了昂贵的关键中间体1-甲基-1,2,3,4-四氢异喹啉,本文综述了关键中间体和盐酸瑞伐拉赞的各种合成方法,并讨论了各种方法的优缺点。
英文摘要:
      Revaprazan hydrochloride is a new reversible proton pump inhibition which has been on the market,The expensive 1-methyl-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydroisoquinoline as key intermediate is used in the synthesis process. This paper reviewed the synthetic methods of intermediates and revaprazan hydrochloride and discussed the disadvantages and advantages of various methods.
