      纳米ZnO以其独特结构和性能在建材、陶瓷、化妆品及电子领域具有广泛的应用。球形纳米ZnO具有结构的高度对称性、比表面积大等独特的纳米结构,使其具有更广阔的应用前景。本文综述了ZnO纳米球的种类:纯纳米ZnO球、空心ZnO球、掺杂及复合的纳米ZnO球,以及重点介绍了纯纳米ZnO球的主要制备方法及性能研究。
英文摘要:
      Nano ZnO has wide applications in the fields of building materials, ceramics, cosmetics and electronics because of its unique structure and performance. Particularly, ZnO nanospheres have the merits of low density, high surface area and structural symmetry, which makes it show more application prospects. In this paper, the types of ZnO nanospheres, which are pure ZnO nanospheres (solid spheres and hollow spheres), doped and composite ZnO nanospheres, are reviewed . Furthermore, the main preparation methods and the study of the performance are introduced.
