2-Ethynylaniline derivatives for palladium catalyzed C-N coupling, a series of indole derivatives were synthesized. The following standard reaction conditions have been selected to conduct these studies: substrate (1 equiv) in the presence of 2 mol% of palladium(II) catalyst and 4 mol% of Ph3P with n-Bu3N(2 equiv) as an additive in DMF at 130°C. The products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS diffraction analysis, and compound 2e was confirmed using single-crystal X-ray analysis. |
