以低共熔溶剂(DESs)/H2O混合溶剂为介质成功制备了形貌均一、尺寸小且稳定性高的亚微米Cu2O空心球。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等方法表征了所制备样品的形貌、尺寸和结构。同时,系统研究了温度、pH值、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)用量等因素对样品尺寸、形貌及纯度的影响。结果表明,制备高纯Cu2O空心球的最佳工艺条件为反应温度40 °C,pH = 11和PVP用量0.9 g。混合溶剂中DESs的存在对提高所制备Cu2O样品的纯度、形态均一性和稳定性以及降低颗粒的尺寸起到了重要作用。 |

The uniform Cu2O sub-micron hollow spheres with small size and high stability were successfully prepared in deep eutectic solvents (DESs)/H2O mixed solvent. The morphology, size and structure of as-prepared samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). At the same time, the effect of temperature, pH value and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) amount on the size, morphology and purity of samples was investigated systematically. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions for the preparation of highly pure Cu2O hollow spheres were as follows: reaction temperature of 40 °C, pH = 11 and PVP amount of 0.9 g. It is also found that the existence of DESs in the mixed solvent plays an important role in the formation of pure Cu2O samples with homogeneous morphology, high stability and small size. |
