采用浸渍法制备了活性炭负载铋无汞催化剂,进行了催化乙炔氢氯化反应性能研究,并通过用X射线衍射(XRD)、氮气物理吸附(BET)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线电子能谱对催化剂进行了表征(EDS)等方法进行了催化剂表征。结果表明:该催化剂对乙炔氢氯化反应具有良好的催化性能,活性组分主要以BiOCl 的形式存在于催化剂表面。反应过程中积碳的产生使得催化剂活性降低。 |

Activated carbon-supported bismuth non-mercuric catalyst was prepared by impregnation.The catalyst was employed in acetylene hydrochlorination for vinyl chloride and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), surface area (BET), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and energy-dispersive spectrometry (EDS), respectively. It is found that the catalyst exhibits a good catalytic performance for the acetylene hydrochlorination. The existence state of active specie is BiOCl which has a fine crystalline structure and dispersion on the surface of support. Some depositions are produced during the reaction, leading to decrease of the catalytic captivity. |
