中文摘要:
      采用加速溶剂萃取-凝胶色谱净化建立了动物源性食品中胆固醇检测的高效液相色谱方法。结果表明:胆固醇浓度在1.0-40.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好,加标回收率为89.1% ~ 99.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.1%~7.8%。该方法准确、灵敏度高,适用于富含脂类的动物源性食品中胆固醇的检测。
英文摘要:
      A method for the determination of cholesterol in animal originated food has been developed. The target analytes were extracted with hexane/isopropyanol(v/v, 3/2) by accelerated solvent extraction(ASE),and then purified by gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The results showed a good linear correlation in the range of 1.0-40.0mg/L, and the average recoveries were 89.1% - 99.8% , with the relative standard deviations being from 3.1% to 7.8%. The method shows advantages in both accuracy and sensitivity , and is suitable for the determination of cholesterol in animal originated food.
