氨基酸基Gemini表面活性剂因具有高表面活性剂、独特的流变性能和优异的生物相容性等诸多优点受到科研工作者的青睐。本文按照氨基酸类型和亲水基种类对其进行归纳和总结,综述了氨基酸基Gemini表面活性剂的合成、性能和应用研究进展,指出开发简单合成步骤制备新型结构的高光学纯度的氨基酸基Gemini表面活性剂,探讨手性碳原子的立体构型对于其自组装行为的影响是今后的研究重点。 |

Amino acid-based Gemini surfactants possess many excellent properties over traditional surfactants, such as high surface activity, biocompatibility, biodegradability. Research progress of synthesis and application of amino acid-based Gemini surfactants was reviewed. According to the kind of amino acid and ionic types, advances in the synthesis of amino acid-based Gemini surfactants were summarized. It is pointed out that developing new structure, convenient synthetic methods, high optical purity of amino acid-based Gemini will be the research focus in the near future. |
