采用具备酸碱双活性位的复合金属氧化物固体催化剂,催化乙酸乙酯(EA)、环氧乙烷(EO)的羧酸酯乙氧基化反应,合成乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯(CAC)。探索了铝镁锆、铝锌锆等七种不同类型的三金属复合氧化物对乙酸乙酯乙氧基化反应的影响,并研究了乙酸乙酯乙氧基化反应中原料配比、反应温度、催化剂用量等对EO转化率、CAC产率的影响。实验结果表明,铝镁锆复合金属氧化物催化剂具有较高的催化活性,工艺条件EA:EO原料摩尔配比为4:1、反应温度120℃、催化剂用量为1.5%时,EO转化率为88.3%,CAC产率为43.5%,DCAC产率为26.7%、TCAC产率为11.4%。 |

The ethoxylation reaction from acetic ether and ethylene oxide to ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate was researched in the presence of the acid-base bifunction catalyst. Seven different metal composite oxides including Al-Mg-Zr, Al-Zn-Zr and other composite oxide were tried to catalyze the ethoxylation, and the effects of manufacture process conditions, such as molar ration, research temperature and the amount of catalyst, on the EO conversion and CAC, DCAC, TCAC yield were investigated. Following optional operation conditions were found through single-factor experiments: the Al-Mg-Zr composite oxide shows the highest catalyst activity in the ethoxylation reaction of acetic, the molar ratio of EA to EO is 4:1, the reaction temperature is 120℃, the amount of catalyst is 1.5%. Under the suitable condition, the conversion of EO is 88.3%, the yield of CAC is 43.5%, the yield of DCAC is 26.7%, and the yield of TCAC is 11.4%. |
