      合成了新型成核剂N,N’-二环己胺基环己对二甲酰胺(CHDA-DCHA),研究了该成核剂对等规聚丙烯力学性能、结晶行为和熔融行为的影响. 结果表明,成核剂CHDA-DCHA可明显改善等规聚丙烯的抗冲性能,并可以大幅度提高等规聚丙烯的结晶度、β晶含量与结晶峰温度.当CHDA-DCHA 添加量为0.05 % 时,等规聚丙烯的悬臂梁缺口抗冲击强度可以提高137%,结晶度提高47%,β晶含量提高3.3倍.当降温速率为10℃/min 时,添加CHDA-DCHA的等规聚丙烯的结晶峰温度可从空白样的115.6℃提高到127.5℃. CHDA-DCHA的成核性能优于传统的芳香酰胺型β晶型成核剂DC26NDCA.

      1,4-Cyclohexanedicarboxylic Acid Di(cyclohexylamide) (CHDA-DCHA) was synthesized and used as a nucleating agent of isotatic polypropylene, and its effects on mechanical properties, crystallization, β crystal content and melting behaviors of isotatic polypropylene were studied. When the loading of CHDA-DCHA was 0.05% , Notched Izod Impact of isotatic polypropylene was increased by 137%; Crysatllinity of isotatic polypropylene was increased by 47%; β crystal content of isotatic polypropylene was increasedS3.3 timesSasSvirgin isotatic polypropylene. When the cooling rate was 10℃/min, crystallization peak temperature was increased from 115.6℃ of virgin isotatic polypropylene to 127.5℃. In terms of nucleating ability, CHDA-DCHA is better than traditionalSand commercial β-nucleating agent, such as DC26NDCA.
