FI催化剂作为一类新型聚烯烃催化剂,具有高活性,耐高温等特性。在催化聚合方面表现出良好的性能,不但可以催化乙烯均聚而且可以与极性α-烯烃共聚,所得聚合产物结构具有可调性等优良性能。催化剂关键点在于对主催化剂苯氧基亚胺配体结构的调整。本文介绍了FI主催化剂的基本结构、合成方法、结构与催化性能的关系以及基于苯氧基亚胺配体基本结构的新型催化剂的研究进展。 |

As a new type of catalyst used for olefin polymerization,FI catalyst has high activity,temperature tolerance and other properties.It has a good catalytic performance in the area of olefin polymerization. Not only can it polymerize ethylene,but also co-polymerize polar α-olefin.The structure of product has a flexibility. The key point of FI catalyst is the formation of the ligand.In this article,we indicate the structure of main part belongs to FI catalyst,synthesis mothod,the relationship between structure and catalytic performance and the recent research based on the phenoxy-imine ligand. |
