      建立了使用高效液相色谱法检测塑料食品接触材料中双氰胺的分析方法。采用4%乙酸提取样品、色谱柱分离、紫外检测器检测、外标法定量测定双氰胺残留。双氰胺在质量浓度为0.1~5.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9996。双氰胺的最低仪器检出限为5 μg/L,方法的定量下限为0.40 mg/kg,样品加标的回收率在94.4% ~ 98.0 %之间,相对标准偏差小于1.0 %。该方法具有样品处理简单方便,灵敏度高,分析时间短等优点,可以满足塑料食品接触材料中双氰胺残留的测定,并为进出口塑料餐具中双氰胺残留量的检验提供依据。
英文摘要:
      A procedure was developed for the determination of dicyandiamide in plastics food contact materials by HPLC method. The procedure involves extraction with 4% acetic acid and separation via chromatographic column, then detected by ultraviolet detector and quantified via external standard method. In the range of 0.10 mg/L ~ 5.0 mg/L,the results shown good linearity,with the correlation coefficient is 0.9996. The detection limit of instrument is 5 μg/L while the limit of quantitation is 0.40 mg/kg, the recovery of sample is between 94.4% ~ 98.0%,with the relative standard deviation less than 1.0 %. The fast simple and sensitive method is suitable to detect dicyandiamide in plastics FCM and could be useful for routine test of residual dicyandiamide in import and export plastics tableware products.
