      采用溶胶凝胶法制备LaSrFeMo0.9Co0.1O6催化剂,以催化甲烷燃烧为目标反应,研究不同焙烧温度(600、700、800、900℃)对催化剂LaSrFeMo0.9Co0.1O6催化甲烷燃烧性能的影响。通过XRD、BET、H2-TPR及SEM技术对催化剂的结构进行表征。实验结果表明:在不同的焙烧温度下均可形成完整的双钙钛矿晶型, 且焙烧温度不同其催化活性不同,随着焙烧温度的升高其催化活性出现先升高后逐渐降低。当焙烧温度为800℃,样品比表面积为14 m2? g-1,起燃温度Tl0%为428℃,T90%为640℃。

      Double perovskite catalyst LaSrFeMo0.9 Co0.1O6 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method. Effect of calcination temperature on catalytic properties of LaSrFeMo0.9 Co0.1O6for methane combustion were studied. The title catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, H2-TPR and SEM techniques. The catalytic activity was evaluated for methane combustion. The experimental results show that at different calcination temperature can form a complete double perovskite crystal type and their catalytic activities are different. With the increase of calcination temperature, their catalytic activities rise, then gradually reduce. When the calcination temperature is 800℃, the LaSrFeMo0.9 Co0.1O6 retains a specific surface area of 14 m2? g-1and shows an excellent activity for methane combustion (the conversion of 10% and 90% is obtained at 428℃ and 640℃, respectively).
