      利用Cd2+-I--[MB] 三元体系,研究了共振瑞利散射光谱(RRS)测定镉(II)的方法,考察了酸度、试剂的用量对测定的影响,优选出最佳测定条件。在磷酸介质中,镉(II)与碘化钾、亚甲基蓝生成稳定的三元配合物[CdI4]MB2,于λmax = 592.6 nm处测定RRS光谱强度,进而可确定Cd2 的含量。本法操作简便,快速,灵敏度高,Cd2 的线性范围在8.000×10-8 mol.L-1~1.200×10-7 mol.L-1,方法检出限为3.9×10-8 mol.L-1。该方法适用于各种环境水样中镉(II)的分析检测。

      Determination of cadmium (II) by resonance reyleigh scattering(RRS)spectrum method ,using the Cd2 -I--[MB] ternary system. the affect of the acidity, the amount of reagent on the determination have been investigated, preferably out of the optimum conditions..In phosphoric acid medium, cadmium (II) ,potassium iodide and methylene blue form a stable ternary complexes -[CdI4]MB2.RRS spectra intensity has been measured at λmax=592.6 nm, and then to determine the content of Cd2 .The method is simple, rapid and highly sensitive, the linear range is between 8.000×10-8 and 1.200×10-7mol.L-1, and detection limit of Cd2 is 3.9×10-7 mol.L-1. The method is suitable for the analysis and detection of cadmium (II) in a variety of environmental water samples.
