      以巯基丙酸作为配体,在水溶液中合成了发光位置在495-583 nm可调的Au:ZnCdS合金量子点,系统研究了掺杂含量、Zn/Cd比和pH值等对量子点光学性质的影响。进一步,对预提纯的Au:ZnCdS核量子点进行ZnS包覆,量子点表面的缺陷被有效去除,发光效率明显提高。利用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其结构和形貌进行了表征。
英文摘要:
      Aqueous Au-doped ZnCdS Alloyed auantum dots (QDs) with tunable emission in 495-583 nm were successfully synthesized by using mercaptopropanoic acid (MPA) as ligand in water. The experiment variables including doping concentration, ratio of Zn/Cd and pH value on the effects of optical properties were systemically investigated. Furthermore, the purified Au:ZnCdS core QDs were deposited using ZnS shell, after that, the emission efficiency was enhanced due to the passivation of surface defects on the surface of QDs. The crystal structure and shape of doped QDs were characterized by using XRD and TEM.
