采用化学镀法在碳纳米管表面均匀地镀覆了磁性镍-钴合金层及采用原位法制备了碳纳米管化学镀镍-钴合金/聚吡咯复合吸波材料。采用XRD、TEM、SEM、FT-IR及振动样品磁强计等对碳纳米管镀镍-钴合金层的形貌、微结构与磁性能进行了分析,还采用网络矢量分析仪对该复合材料在3~6GHz 频段内的吸波性能进行了研究。结果表明:镍-钴合金层连续、均匀、完整地包覆在碳纳米管表面,化学镀后镀层呈非晶态。通过在碳纳米管表面镀上磁性金属Co-Ni合金层可提升PPy复合材料吸波性能,其复合材料最大吸收值为-20dB。 |

One nanoscale composite based on carbon nanotubes(CNTs) with magnetic Ni-Co alloy coating by electroless plating was prepared, and used it as well as PPy synthesised a new composite wave absorbing materials by in-situ compositing. The CNTs/Ni-Co composites have been researched on their morphology, structure, component and electromagnetic properties by XRD、TEM、SEM、FT-IR and EDS. The microwave reflectivity of the composites was calculated. The results indicated that CNTs were completely coated with uniform and continuous Ni-Co alloy film,and the plating film was amorphous after electroless plating.It shows CNTs with Ni-Co alloy coating can improve the microwave absorption property of PPy. The maximum absorbing peak of sample is 20dB . |
