以PEG(聚乙二醇)为软段,以HDI-BDO-DMPA(六亚甲基二异氰酸酯-1,4-丁二醇-二羟甲基丙酸)为硬段,制备了一系列的WPUPCM(水性聚氨酯相变储能材料)。该相变材料在相变过程中,软段PEG由聚合前的固-液相变转化为聚合后的固-固相变,表现出固-固相变特性。为了研究其固态相变行为本质和形成机理,揭示该类聚合物的能量贮存和转换机理,本项目应用偏光显微镜(POM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、X射线衍射仪(WAXD)分析研究了PEG、WPUPCM在相变过程中的晶体结构变化特征,分析了WPUPCM固-固相转变的机理。 |

With PEG (polyethylene glycol) being the soft segment and HDI-BDO-DMPA (hexamethylene diisocyanate-1, 4-butylene - dimethylol propionic acid) being the hard segment, a series of WPUPCM (waterborne polyurethane phase change material) were prepared in this paper. Specifically speaking, in the phase change process, PEG transformed into the solid-solid phase change from the solid - liquid phase change, exhibiting solid - solid phase transition characteristics. Moreover, this study utilized Polarized light microscopy (POM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray diffraction (WAXD) to analyze the crystal structure variation characteristics of PEG and WPUPCM in the phase transition process, thereby analyzing WPUPCM solid - solid phase transition mechanism for the purpose of studying the behavior nature and formation mechanism of WPUPCM solid phase transition and revealing the energy storage and conversion mechanisms of such polymers |
