      以低毒、廉价的环己烷为溶剂,通过调控杂质离子和基质材料阳离子的相对反应活性,合成了发光颜色可调、近似球形的Cu:ZnCdS量子点。系统研究了油胺的用量、Cu掺杂含量、Cd/Zn比以及不同的Zn前驱体对量子点发光性质的影响。通过在Cu:ZnCdS量子点晶核外层包覆宽带隙ZnS材料,进一步消除了粒子的表面缺陷,有效提高了量子点的发光效率。
英文摘要:
      Color-tunable and spherical Cu-doped ZnCdS quantum dots (QDs) were synthesized by controlling the relative reactivity of the dopant precursor and host cation precursors using the low toxic and low-cost cyclohexane as the reaction solvent. The effects of various experimental conditions such as the amount of oleylamine, Cu-doping concentration, Cd/Zn ratio and different zinc precursors on the optical properities of QDs were systematically studied. Furthermore, the defects on the surface of QDs were removed and the emissive efficiency was enhanced by overcoating the ZnS shell material with wide band edge on the Cu:ZnCdS core QDs.
