以4-甲氧基二苯甲酮为原料,合成了四苯乙烯季铵盐化合物 4 ,作为荧光探针分子用于植酸和植酸酶的检测。植酸中含有六个带负电荷的磷酸根离子,在静电引力的作用下,诱导带正电荷的四苯乙烯季铵盐发生聚集,荧光增强,加入植酸酶水解植酸,聚集体解聚,荧光强度减弱,从而实现了对植酸和植酸酶的灵敏检测。建立了植酸和植酸酶检测的新方法。 |

Quaternary ammonium salt of tetraphenylethylene, (E) – N , N , N – triethyl – 3 - (4- (2- (4- methoxyphenyl) – 1 , 2 - diphenylvinyl) phenoxy) propan- 1 - aminium bromide was synthesized and used to detect phytic acid and phytase. Negative charged phytic acid can induce the aggregation of positive charged quaternary ammonium salt of tetraphenylethylene. And fluorescence emission can be enhanced accordingly. The fluorescence emission was weakened with the deaggregation of the ensemble when phytic acid was hydrolyzed by phytase. A “turn-on” fluorescence probe of phytic acid and phytase in aqueous solution was established effectively. |
