      卟啉类化合物不仅在自然界中广泛存在,而且在分子自组装、生物仿生、电化学、分析化学、催化化学等诸多领域都具有广泛的应用。卟啉因中位取代基的种类、数量和性质不同,所表现出来的化学性质也不相同,因此引起了有机工作者的广泛关注。本文首先简单地介绍了卟啉类化合物的基本结构特点和物理、化学性质;然后以结构相对简单、研究相对透彻的四苯基卟啉为研究反应机理的对象,通过对大量的实验现象、中间产物以及终产物的研究,列举了可信度高的反应机理;接着重点阐述了不对称中位取代卟啉的三种合成方法,即混合缩合法,完全合成法和功能化预先形成法;最后对近年来国内外卟啉类化合物的研究状况进行了总结,并对其广阔的发展和应用前景进行展望。

      Porphyrin compounds widely exist in nature, have a wide range of applications in the fields of the molecular self-assembly, biomimicry, electrochemistry, analytical chemistry, catalysis chemistry, and so on. Porphyrins with a variety of meso-substituents show different chemical properties, which cause wide attention. In this paper, firstly the structural characteristics, physical and chemical properties of porphyrins were simply introduced. Secondly, the tetraphenyl porphyrin was treated as the research object of reaction mechanism, which had relatively simple structures and was thoroughly investigated. Through the study of a large number of experimental phenomena, intermediate products and final products, the reaction mechanism of high reliability were listed. Thirdly, three kinds of methods for the synthesis of asymmetric meso-substituted porphyrins were emphasized, which were mixed condensation synthesis, total synthesis and synthesis of preformed functionalization. Finally, this article summarized the research’s progress in porphyrin compounds domestic and abroad in recent years, predicted their development and application in the future.
