以可溶性淀粉、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为聚合单体,过硫酸铵作引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰(NMBA)胺作交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法,合成了一种新型淀粉/AMPS/DMC高吸水树脂。通过红外光谱分析、扫描电镜和热重分析确定了所合成高吸水树脂的结构组成,并研究了其对Cu2 、Ni2 两种重金属离子的吸附能力。结果显示,淀粉/AMPS/DMC高吸水树脂对于CuSO4和NiSO4的吸附极限浓度均为2g/L,均在2~3分钟吸附完全,其等温吸附行为符合弗洛德里希方程。 |

A new nontoxic and harmless superabsorbent resin was prepared through free-radical polymerization in aqueous solution, which used starch, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as raw materials. The resin was characterized by FTIR, SEM spectrophotometer and TG analysis. The absorption ablities of Cu2 and Ni2 in superabsorbent by starch/AMPS/DMC resin was tested and studied. The Cu2 and Ni2 are completely absorbed by superabsorbent resin within 2-3 mins when the concentration of CuSO4 and NiSO4 are 2g/L. The absorption reaction are according with ?Freundlich isothermal?equation. |
