The reaction of the crude product, obtained by acidifying the starting material 2,3-dihydrofuran, with hydroxylamine hydrochloride afforded 4-hydroxybutanal oxime, which was reduced by reductive reagent to give the final product 4-aminobutan-1-ol. This method was not only simple but easy to operate, and the yield was high, which could be used for mass production. |
