以4-羟基苯乙酸甲酯、水合肼为原料合成4-羟基苯乙酰肼,再与卤代X(X=F、Cl、Br)苯甲醛反应,获得3种含有卤素原子的新型酰腙化合物(C15H13FN2O2,Ⅰ;C15H13ClN2O2,Ⅱ;C15H13BrN2O2, Ⅲ),并培养得到上述化合物的单晶。通过元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射对3种新型酰腙化合物进行表征,结果表明:3种化合物均属三斜晶系,p-1空间点群,分子之间通过氢键相互作用,交错排列堆积。利用热重实验研究了3种化合物的热稳定性,并分别计算了它们热分解过程的表观活化能(Ea),结果显示3种化合物的热稳定性都较高。采用紫外光谱研究了3种化合物与CT-DNA的相互作用,发现3种化合物均是以插入模式与CT-DNA作用。通过微量热实验研究了化合物与CT-DNA相互作用过程的热效应,Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ的ΔH分别为1.87、2.86和5.54 kJ?mol-1,说明化合物与CT-DNA相互作用的大小为:Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ。 |

4-hydroxy phenylacetyl hydrazine was synthesized by methyl 4-hydroxyphenylacetate and hydrazine hydrate, then reacted with halogenated X(X=F, Cl, Br) benzaldehyde to form three new kinds of compounds (C15H13FN2O2,Ⅰ;C15H13ClN2O2,Ⅱ; C15H13BrN2O2, Ⅲ). Their single crystals were respectively obtained. The structures of three new compounds were determined by element analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The X-ray single crystal diffraction showed three new compounds all belonged to the triclinic, p-1 space group, and each molecular staggered to pile up through hydrogen bond. Thermal gravity analyses were used to investigated the stabilities of three new compounds, and the apparent activation energy(Ea) of the decompositions were also calculated. The UV-Vis spectrum used to explore the interaction of the three kinds of compounds with CT-DNA, the results showed that three compounds can combine with CT-DNA by the mode of insert. The heating effects of the interaction process between compounds and CT-DNA were also analyzed by microcalorimetric method, the enthalpy change values(ΔH) of Ⅰ、Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 1.87, 2.86 and 5.54 kJ?mol-1. The strength order for interactions of compounds with CT-DNA was Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ. |
