      石墨烯由于独特的单原子层二维结构及优异的性能,引起了众多学者的研究兴趣。其在材料、电子、化学、能源、生物医药等众多领域具有广阔的应用前景。如何获得高质量、高产量的石墨烯对其未来的开发和应用至关重要。微波法是制备石墨烯的重要方法之一,其具有绿色,高效,简便快捷等特点。本文综述了近几年微波法制备石墨烯、掺杂石墨烯和石墨烯基纳米复合材料的研究进展以及后者在锂离子电池负极材料方面的应用,并对其发展方向进行了展望。
英文摘要:
      Due to the unique two-dimensional structure of single atomic layer and excellent performance, graphene attracted numerous attentions of many scientists. It will broaden prospective applications in many fields, such as materials, electronics, chemistry, energy, bio-medicine and so on. For the future developments and applications of graphene, it is crucial to know how to obtain high quality and high yield of graphene. Microwave reduction, a green, efficient and handy method, is an important approach for producing graphene. This paper reviews the progress on graphene, doped graphene and graphene nanocomposites which made by microwave method in recent years and the applications of graphene nanocomposites as anode materials for the lithium-ion batteries. The prospect of the development was expected.
