      莱苞迪甙A(RA)是来源于甜叶菊叶片的提取物甜菊糖苷(SGs)的一种二萜类化合物,口味最接近于蔗糖,零热量且在人体内不参与代谢、无蓄积性、无毒性,对肥胖病、高血压及龋齿等病患均有防治作用,是一种纯天然、低热量、高甜度的新型甜味剂,被誉为世界“第三类糖源”。随着社会的发展,人们对健康意识的改变,莱苞迪甙A作为代糖使用必将变为一种趋势,其开发利用具有很好的前景。因此,莱苞迪甙A的精制工艺成为研究的热点,目前,精制莱苞迪甙A的方法主要有三类:一是利用莱苞迪甙A与甜菊糖苷中其他组分的溶解性差异精制莱苞迪甙A;二是利用莱苞迪甙A与甜菊糖苷中其他组分的极性差异精制莱苞迪甙A;三是利用高分子聚合物大孔吸附树脂(MARs)的吸附特性精制莱苞迪甙A。代表性的工业方法有结晶法和大孔吸附树脂分离法,两种方法各有优缺点,近年来的研究热点集中在大孔吸附树脂分离法。而利用莱苞迪甙A与甜菊糖苷中其他组分的极性差异精制莱苞迪甙A多适用于实验室精制和分析。

      As a nonrestrictive used natural sweetener, steviol glycosides (SGs) have been used widely in the fields of beverages, foods and pharmaceutical industry, etc. Because of high sweetness, low calorie and no poisonous effect, SGs are described as ‘the third sweetener resources in the world’ following sucrose and glucose. Stevioside (S), Rebaudioside A-D (RA-D), Steviolbioside (BIO) and Dulcoside A (DA) are the major ingredient of SGs, RA is superior in sweetness and quality of taste, which means that products of SGs with higher content of RA will be popular. Because the structures of S, RA–D, BIO and DA are too similar to separate, the separation of RA has become a great problem. There are three classes methods to separate RA from stevioside: One is to use RA solubility difference with other components of SGs; The second is to use RA polarity difference with other components of SGs; The third is the use adsorption properties of macroporous adsorption resins (MARs) to to separate RA from stevioside. Among them, recrystallization and separation by macroporous adsorption resin is used in industry to produce RA, and Chromatographic is often used in laboratory to separation and detection of RA.
