      本文以离子液体的应用研究为背景,把短链离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐[C2mim]BF4引入正负离子表面活性剂(十二烷基硫酸钠SDS和十二烷基三甲基溴化铵DTAB)双水相体系(SDS/DTAB/H2O)中,系统研究了离子液体对双水相相图及相分离体系性质的影响.研究结果表明,离子液体[C2mim]BF4的阳离子性质是影响阴离子表面活性剂过量区域性质的主要因素,离子液体通过静电作用、氢键作用等改变体系中聚集体的形貌,最终导致阴离子双水相(ATPSa)的消失。离子液体的阴离子对阳离子双水相(ATPSc)区域性质起着决定作用,表面活性剂总浓度不同,双水相区混合比的变化是离子液体存在下对表面活性剂总浓度变化的有效响应。离子液体的盐效应引起的对表面活性剂混合胶束扩散双电层的压缩作用,不但促进胶团的形成,缩短了形成稳定胶团所需要的时间,加快了双水相的相分离速度,而且也造成了形成ATPSc所需DTAB含量的提高。离子液体的引入改变了ATPSc上、下相表面活性剂的组成及含量,使富含表面活性剂的上相中阳离子表面活性剂含量更高,进而提高了双水相的萃取性能,其上相对甲基橙的萃取效率可高达96.67%。

      Background in the application of ionic liquids, this article introduce the short-chain ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-four fluoboric acid methyl imidazole salt [C2mim]BF4 into the surfactant aqueous two-phase system (ATPS) of DTAB/SDS/H2O, the effect of ionic liquids on the phase diagram and the properties of phase separation is systematically studied. The results have shown that the cationic properties of ionic liquid [C2mim]BF4 are the main factors that affect the excess regional nature of anionic surfactants. The morphology of aggregates in the system is changed by addition of ionic liquids. Eventually leads to the disappearance of the ATPSa .Ionic liquid anions play a decisive role in the nature of ATPSc. When surfactant concentration is different, the variation of mixing ratio for aqueous two-phase region is the effective response to the change of surfactant concentration in the presence of ionic liquid. The compression effect acted on the electric double layer of the mixed surfactant micelle caused by salt effect of ionic liquid not only promoted the formation of micelles, shortens the time needed for the formation of stable micelles and thus speeded up the phase separation of system, but also increased the DTAB content needed for the formation of ATPSc. The introduce of ionic liquids [C2mim]BF4 changed the compositions of the coexisted two phases and increased the content of cationic surfactant of the surfactant enriched upper phase, which endowed the ATPSc more excellent extraction property. The extraction efficiency of upper phase to methyl orange can reach to 96.67%.
