      以6-卤代或未取代 色满-4-酮为原料,在碱催化的条件下采用无溶剂研磨法与醛发生缩合反应,合成一系列新型的3-取代色满-4-酮衍生物 3a~3t,并通过 IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、HRMS 进行了结构表征. 所合成的化合物对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有不同程度的抑菌活性。
英文摘要:
      A series of novel 3-substituted chroman-4-one derivatives 3a~3t were synthesized by the condensation of 6-halogen (unsubstituted) chroman-4-one with aldehydes in the presence of base by solvent-free grinding method. The structures of the compounds 3a~3t were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The results of preliminary bioassay show that most of the tested compounds generally possessed good antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus.
