      以堇青石为载体,采用浸渍法制备了表面多孔的Fe/Mo负载堇青石催化剂,并利用SEM、FT-IR、XRD、EDS、XPS手段对催化剂的结构和形貌等进行表征。通过研究其催化合成乙烯性能发现,在450 ℃氩气气氛下焙烧,制备的 Fe-Mo-cat 催化合成乙烯效果最明显。此外,研究不同温度、空速、合成气比例对合成乙烯的影响,结果表明,在450 ℃,合成气比例为2,反应空速为2.0 L/g cat-h情况下,一氧化碳转化率达到63.5 %,乙烯的选择性达到53.8 %,具有优异的催化合成效果。综上所述,Fe-Mo-cat负载堇青石催化剂对合成气合成乙烯具有高转化效率,为工业生产乙烯提供新的参考与依据。
英文摘要:
      Fe/Mo based loaded with cordierite catalyst was prepared by impregnation method. The structure and morphology of the catalyst were characterized by SEM, FT-IR, XRD, XRF and XPS methods. It was found that in argon atmosphere, at 450 ℃ ethylene synthesis effect catalyzed by prepared Fe-Mo-cat catalytic is the most evident through the research on the performance of the catalytic synthesis of ethylene. In addition, the reaction temperature, space velocity and H2/CO molar ratio were also discussed. The catalytic performance for syngas was investigated in a continuous tube furnace under reaction conditions of H2/CO = 2, WHSV = 2.0 L/g cat-h, and 450 ℃. The results showed selective of ethylene and conversion of carbon monoxide was up to 53.8 % and 63.5 %, respectively. In summary, Fe-Mo-cat catalyst have high ethylene efficiency for syngas conversion, and lay the foundation of reference for the industrial synthesis of ethylene.
