      用水热法合成碳微球,以碳微球为模板制备LaCoxFe1-xO3(x=0.1、0.2、0.3、0.6、0.9)催化剂。采用XRD、BET、H2-TPR和SEM等手段对其进行物理性能测试,并对其进行催化甲烷燃烧性能测试。实验结果表明:以碳微球为模板掺杂不同比例Co2 ,经过400℃和700℃两次焙烧,可形成完整的钙钛矿晶型。随着Co2 掺杂量增加,催化剂的比表面积逐渐增加; Co2 掺杂量不同,所制备催化剂的结构和活性也不同;其中LaCo0.2Fe0.8O3催化甲烷燃烧活性最好,起燃温度Tl0%为448℃,完全转化温度T90%为640℃。 关键词 碳微球; 钙钛矿;甲烷催化燃烧

      Carbon microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal method. Carbon microspheres were used as template to prepare LaCoxFe1-xO3 (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9) catalysts. The title catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, H2-TPR and SEM techniques. The catalytic activity was evaluated for methane combustion. The experimental results show that at calcination temperature of 400℃ and 700℃ can form a complete perovskite crystal type with carbon microspheres template doped with different proportion of Co2 . Specific surface area of catalysts is increased with increasment the Co2 gradually. The structure and catalytic activities are different with different doping amount of Co2 .The catalyst LaCo0.2Fe0.8O3 shows an excellent catalytic activity for methane combustion (the conversion of 10% and 90% is obtained at 448℃ and 640℃, respectively).
