以亚乙基双胍、吡啶及吡啶衍生物为配体合成出了[AgEn(BigH)2]2(SO4)3?7H2O (3)、[Ag(py)2(N2)2](OH)2 (4)和[Ag(2-Apy)3(OH)](HSO4)?H2O (5)三种较稳定的高价银配合物。产物经红外、元素分析和XPS测试,表明合成了高价银配合物。通过最小抑菌浓度 (MIC) 和生长抑制曲线来检测配合物的抗菌能力,并对配合物进行光稳定测试。抗菌实验结果显示所有的配合物在0.5 μg/mL的浓度下就开始对测试菌产生抑制作用,对大肠杆菌的MIC分别为10、5、5 μg/mL,金黄色葡萄球菌为40、20、20 μg/mL,且配合物在光照前后对测试菌的MIC没有发生变化。说明了合成的高价银配合物具有较强的抗菌性能和光稳定性,且对大肠杆菌的抗菌活性高于金黄色葡萄球菌。 |

Three fairly stable high-valence silver complexes: [AgEn(BigH)2]2(SO4)3?7H2O (3), [Ag(py)2(N2)2](OH)2 (4) and [Ag(2-Apy)3(OH)](HSO4)?H2O (5) have been synthesized with Ethylenebisbiguanide, pyridine and pyridine derivative as ligands. The products were characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, which was con?rmed that the high-valence silver complexes have been synthesized successfully. The growth-inhibitory curves and the Minimal Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) were applied to evaluate the antibacterial ability of complexes, and the photostability of complexes was detected. The results of antibacterial test show that all the complexes begin to inhabit the growth of test bacteria at very low concentration of 0.5 μg/mL, and the MIC values for E. Coli are 10, 5, 5 μg/mL respectively, the MIC values for S. aureus are 40、20、20 μg/mL respectively, indicating the synthesized high-valence silver complexes possess an excellent antibacterial activity and photostability. Besides, all complexes have better antibacterial activity to E. Coli than S. aureus. |
