以向日葵盘为原料,利用纤维素酶制备果胶(SFP)。采用静态失重、极化曲线和交流阻抗技术研究 SFP 在 1 mol/L HCl 及 0.5 mol/L H2SO4溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀性能,并探讨其在碳钢表面的吸附机理。结果表明,缓蚀效率随 SFP 浓度增大而增大,随温度升高而降低。SFP 在 HCl 和 H2SO4溶液中,其吸附方式分别服从 Langmuir 和 Temkin 等温式,属于物理吸附。极化曲线测试显示 SFP 是一种混合型缓蚀剂。研究表明,向日葵盘果胶是碳钢的绿色高效缓蚀剂,且在 HCl 溶液中的缓蚀性能优于 H2SO4 溶液。 |

Pectin extracted from the sunflower head (SFP) was tested as a corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel in 1 mol/L HCl and 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution. The anticorrosive activity and adsorption behavior of SFP were investigated using weight loss measurements, polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) methods. The results showed that inhibition efficiency increased with increasing inhibitor,s concentration, and decreased with increasing temperature. Various adsorption models (Langmuir, Temkin, Freundlick and Frumkin) were used to study the adsorption behavior of SFP on carbon steel surface. The Langmuir isotherm provided the best description for adsorption behavior of SFP in HCl solution, but Temkin isotherm in H2SO4 solution. The adsorption and corrosion thermodynamic parameters all indicated that SFP was physisorption which corresponding to the electrostatic attraction between the protonated carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of SFP and negatively charged carbon steel surface. The weight loss and electrochemical methods all indicated SFP was an eco-friendly, effectively corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel, but the anticorrosive activity in HCl was better than in H2SO4 solution due to the synergistic effect of Cl-. Moreover, through adding 1 mol/L KCl into the 0.5 mol/L H2SO4solution with and without SFP, which once again demonstrated the physisorption nature of SFP and the synergistic effect of Cl- for SFP anticorrosive activity. Polarization curve results revealed that SFP was a mix-typed inhibitor. |
