      电化学传感器具有灵敏度高、检测限低等优点,因此得到了广泛的应用,将非酶电化学传感器应用于葡萄糖浓度的检测具备重要的研究价值。以金属有机框架、碳材料和导电聚合物为基底与金属及其衍生物复合,构建的纳米复合材料修饰电极对于葡萄糖的检测具有极高的灵敏度、较低的检测限和快速响应的能力,可应用于实际样品的检测。本文综述了近年来非酶葡萄糖电化学传感器的研究进展,通过对纳米复合材料的性能比较,为非酶葡萄糖传感器的构建提供思路。
英文摘要:
      Electrochemical sensors have been applied widely because of high sensitivity and low limit of detection. It is of great significance to detect and monitor the glucose concentration by using nonenzymatic electrochemical sensors. The nanomaterials can be applied as electrode materials which possess great sensitivity, low detection limit and fast response and they can be used in the detection of real samples by coupling metal derivatives with metal organic frameworks, carbon nanomaterials or conducting polymers. The development of nonenzymatic glucose biosensors was summarized, which can pave the way for the fabrication of nonenzymatic glucose biosensors by comparing the performance of these nanomaterials.
