      薄膜梯度扩散(DGT)技术是一种新型原位被动采样技术,已被广泛应用于水体、土壤、沉积物中目标物的采集与测量。结合相是DGT技术的重要组成部分,决定了与目标物的结合能力、结合速度、结合容量以及目标物的形态选择性等。DGT结合相分为固态结合相和液态结合相。本文重点综述了树脂结合相、氧化物结合相、无机盐结合相、活性炭结合相、改性硅胶结合相、分子印迹结合相、共聚物结合相、复合结合相、液态结合相等在DGT技术中的应用。展望了DGT结合相的发展前景。

      Diffusive gradients in thin-films (DGT) technique is a novel in-situ passive sampling technique, which has been widely used for the sampling and measurement of dissolved labile species in water, soil and sediment. The DGT technique combines the processes of mass transport through a diffusive phase and accumulation within a binding phase during deployment. The binding phase rapidly and irreversibly accumulated the soluble analyte species. The binding phase determines the binding strength, reaction rate, binding capacity and binding selectivity. DGT binding phase is divided into solid binding phase and liquid binding phase. This paper focuses on the application of various binding phases such as resin, inorganic salt, activated carbon, modified silica gel, molecular imprinting copolymer, composite binding phase and liquid binding phase in the DGT technique. And the prospects for the development of DGT binding phase are also presented.
