      根据邻苯二酚对CdTe量子点增敏的Ru(bpy)32 阴极电致化学发光的强度有较强的抑制作用,建立了一种简单的测定邻苯二酚的电致化学发光(ECL)分析方法。实验依次探究了磷酸盐缓冲溶液的浓度、pH值、量子点的浓度、Ru(bpy)32 的浓度、扫描速率以及电位等因素对该体系发光行为的影响。在最佳实验条件下,电致化学发光强度的对数与邻苯二酚浓度的对数在7.0×10?8~4.0×10?5 mol L?1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为2.3×10?8 mol L?1(3σ)。对4.0×10?6 mol L?1的邻苯二酚标准溶液进行六次平行测定,其电致化学发光强度的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.1 %。进一步,该方法可成功应用于模拟环境水样中邻苯二酚的含量测定,加标回收率介于95.0~105.7 %之间。
英文摘要:
      A novel electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) method for the determination of pyrocatechol has been developed in this paper, on basis of the quenching effect of pyrocatechol on the cathodic ECL intensity of the Ru(bpy)32 -CdTe quantum dots (QDs) system in phosphate buffer solution (pH=7.0). The effects of buffer concentration, pH, CdTe QDs concentration, Ru(bpy)32 concentration, scan rate and potential windows were investigated, respectively. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the log value of ECL intensity and the log value of pyrocatechol concentration showed a good linear relationship in range from 7.0×10?8~4.0×10?5 mol L?1 with the detection limit of 2.3×10?8 mol L?1 (3σ). The relative standard deviations (RSD) of the ECL intensity for 4.0×10?6 mol L?1 standard pyrocatechol solution was 1.1% (n=6). The present method has been successfully used to determine pyrocatechol in simulated environmental water samples with the average recoveries from 95.0 % to 105.7 %.
