      利用溶胶-凝胶法以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,硝酸钕为钕源,葡萄糖为碳源,制备C和Nd单掺杂及共掺杂TiO2催化剂,通过XRD、XPS、漫反射、SEM和物理吸附表征对所制备的催化剂进行评价。实验结果表明:C和Nd共掺杂二氧化钛的晶型仍为锐钛矿型,表面光滑,晶粒大小分散均匀,C和Nd共掺杂TiO2的孔径分布在20-34 nm范围之间;与其他三种催化剂相比,共掺杂催化剂比表面积较大;通过掺杂C和Nd元素,形成新能带EC2p和ENd3 4f,降低了电子跃迁能,有利于光催化活性增强;在可见光下C和Nd共掺杂TiO2对甲基橙染料降解效果较佳,对可见光的吸收能力有明显的提高,其脱色率为61.24%。

      The photocatalysts for C and Nd doped or codoped TiO2 were prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate, neodymium nitrate hexahydrate and glucose as a source of titanium, source of neodymium, source of carbon, respectively. It was characterized by means of XRD, XPS, diffuse reflectance, SEM and physical adsorption. The results were shown the major crystalline form of C and Nd co-doped titanium was the anatase, the surface was smooth, pore size distribution was in the range of 20-34 nm, crystalline size was dispersed uniform; compared to the other three catalysts, the surface area of codoped catalyst was larger, it was formed for new energy bands of EC2p and ENd3 4f by doping C and Nd, which reduced the electron transition energy and it was beneficial to enhance the photocatalytic activity for C and Nd codoped with TiO2. The effect of C and Nd codoped with TiO2 on the degradation of methyl orange dye was better in visible light, the absorption capacity for visible light was increased significantly, the decolorization rate was 61.24%.
