Various 5-substitued 2-oxazolidinones were obtained by a ZnBr2 catalyzed cyclization of N-Boc alkynylamines in toluene with DMAP as a base. The reaction conditions such as catalyst, base, temperature were studied, and the reaction yielded the desired products in good yields under the optimal reaction condtions. |
