      自发现铂类配合物具有一定抗癌效果以来,小分子与金属离子配位的研究成为发现抗癌药物的重要途径。本文对食药两用的丁香酸与Cu2+形成的新型配合物与DNA的相互作用进行研究,为合成更优质的丁香酸-铜配合物,进行生命科学实验,以及新药物的研究奠定一定的理论基础。本实验首先通过紫外、红外、质谱等三个光谱分析方法对丁香酸与铜离子形成的配合物进行研究,得出丁香酸和铜离子成功配位,且初步推断出配合物的组成为(C9H8O5)Cu.H2O;其次关于丁香酸-铜配合物对DNA作用的模式,是通过紫外、荧光、粘度等三种结合的方法进行研究,初步证明了丁香酸-铜配合物与DNA之间为插入模式。

      Since the discovery of platinum-like complex has a certain anti-cancer effect, the small molecule and metal ion coordination research has become an important way to find anti-cancer drugs. In this paper, the interaction between chlordecic acid and Cu2 + complexes with DNA was studied to lay the theory foundation of synthesizing the higher quality succinic acid-copper complex, the life science experiment and the medical research of new drugs. In this experiment, the complexes of succinic acid and copper ion were studied by UV, IR and MS. The results showed that the composition of the complex was(C9H8O5)Cu.H2O. Secondly, the model of the effect of succinic acid-copper complex on DNA was studied by UV, fluorescence and viscosity. It was proved that the combination of succinic acid-copper complex and DNA mode.
