      以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,一锅法合成了一系列1,4-二氢吡啶衍生物,并对其进行了红外光谱、质谱和核磁共振表征;然后,采用荧光光谱法、紫外光谱法对2,6-二甲基-4-苯乙烯-1,4-二氢吡啶-3,5-二甲酸乙酯(药物分子a)与BSA在不同温度的相互作用进行了研究。实验结果:在298K时,Kq为2.431×1012 L/ mol.s,Ka为4.1467×103L/mol,n为0.8189,△S为65.12J/mol.K,△H为-1.24kJ/mol。结果表明:化合物对BSA具有荧光猝灭作用;化合物与BSA的主要作用力可能是疏水作用力(△S>0)。
英文摘要:
      1, 4-dihydropyridine derivatives were synthesized by one-pot methods, p-toluene sulfonic acid was used as catalyst. These compounds were characterized by IR, MS and 1HNMR. The interaction of the drug molecule with bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied using fluorescence and UV-Visible spectroscopy at different temperatures; Experimental results indicate that Kq, Ka, n, △S, △H were 2.431×1012 L/ mol.s, 4.1467×103L/mol, 0.8189, 65.12J/mol.K and 1.24kJ/mol at 298K. The results showed that the fluorescence of BSA was quenched by the compound. Parameters of thermodynamic functions were calculated and the interaction is determined as hydrophobic interaction between BSA and drug molecule.
