本文成功合成了4种C2轴手性联芳基有机催化剂,并将其用于催化四氢噻喃-4-酮和芳香醛的反应。研究表明,当二氯甲烷作为溶剂,芳香醛和四氢噻喃-4-酮的摩尔比为r=1.2:5,催化剂Ⅰ的用量为10 mmol%,反应温度0℃,反应时间20 h时,得到较高的产率(85%)及较好的立体选择性(86%)。 |

This work was successfully synthesized four kinds of C2axially chiral biary organocatalysts and the reacti-on of tetrahydrothiopyran-4-one and aromatic aldehyde were catalyzed by these catalysts. It demonstrated that when d-ichloromethane as solvent, the molar ratio of aromatic aldehyde and tetrahydrothiopyran-4-one is 1.2 : 5.0, the dosag-e of catalyst is 10 mmol% , the temperature and time of reaction are 0℃and 20 h, we can get good yields (up to 85%) and enantios-electivities (up to 86%). |
