本文设计合成了两个吴茱萸次碱衍生物(10-甲氧基吴茱萸次碱和10,11-二甲氧基吴茱萸次碱),并用IR、NMR、MS和元素分析等手段对化合物的结构进行了表征。研究了它们的紫外和荧光性质,探讨了化合物结构、溶剂、浓度对荧光强度的影响,并计算荧光量子产率。 |

In this paper,two rutaecarpine derivatives (10-methoxy rutaecarpine and 10,11-dimethoxy rutaecarpine ) were designed and synthesized.The two compounds were characterized by IR, NMR, MS and elemental analysis.We studied their ultraviolet and fluorescence properties, investigated the effect of the structure, solvent,and concentration of the compound on the fluorescence intensity,and calculated the fluorescence quantum yield. |
