金属离子的高效检测对于人类健康和环境保护极其重要。本文基于3-脱氢莽草酸甲酯的芳构化反应合成了一种检测Fe3+的荧光探针。通过罗丹明6G乙二胺与3-脱氢莽草酸甲酯在对甲基苯磺酸催化作用下的缩合反应制备得到目标探针分子RhM606。该探针分子在乙醇溶液中特异性地与Fe3+络合,导致罗丹明内酰胺开环,在553 nm处出现强的荧光发射峰。该荧光探针对Fe3+离子具有良好的选择性,可定量检测水中的铁离子,检测限为3.93 uM。 |

The detection of metal ions is extremely important for human health and environmental protection. In this work, a fluorescent probe for the detection of Fe3+ ions was synthesized based on aromatization reaction of methyl 3-dehydroshikimate (3-MDHS). The target probe RhM606 was synthesized by condensation reaction between rhodamine-6G ethylenediamine and 3-MDHS, which was catalyzed by p-tolueneSsulfonicSacid. The probe molecules have a specific coordination effect with Fe3+ ions in ethanol solution, which induce the opening of the lactam ring and generate a strong fluorescence emission at 553 nm. The fluorescent probe has a good selectivity and can quantitatively determinate Fe3+ ions in aqueous solution. The limit of detection is 3.93 uM. |
